Most custom requests do not need a new cabinet from zero. We start with a proven platform — the insulation, refrigeration circuit and door system — then adjust the parts that affect the buyer's market: width, shelving, voltage, controls, branding and packaging.
That keeps tooling and validation work proportionate, and makes it easier to repeat the same specification across future orders. Every change is written into the quotation and the production drawing before the line starts.
Minimum order quantities depend on the model and the amount of custom work; they are confirmed in writing before production. Drawings and buyer-specific designs are not shared with other customers.
