Quality control
Three stages, one record.
Refrigeration faults are usually decided long before the unit is switched on: a thin panel, an undersized condenser, a poor gasket seal or an inconsistent gas charge. The checks below are placed where those decisions are made.
Every order has a working specification and a packing record. If a check fails, the unit is held at that station until it is corrected and re-checked.
Incoming materials
Stainless sheet, glass, compressors, thermostats, fans and insulation are checked against the specification when they arrive.

In-process build
Foaming, wiring, brazing and gas charging are checked at the station before the cabinet moves on.

Each unit runs a cooling check before packing, with the result recorded against the order.

Testing & packing
A cooling check on every unit.
Before packing, the cabinet is switched on and brought down to its working temperature. Doors, gaskets, controls, lighting and shelving are checked in the same pass, and the result is recorded against the order.
Packing standard
- Carton protection for the cabinet body and doors
- Wooden frame or crate for long-sea-freight orders
- Model, voltage and shipping mark checked against the packing list
- Loading photos and container plan shared before departure

Commercial documents
Commercial invoice and packing list issued with the shipment.
Certificates
Certificates are provided per order where available for the model and destination; not every model carries the same approval.
Technical file
Wiring diagram and operating instructions supplied with the order where applicable.
Spare parts
Gaskets, shelves, castors and control components can be included in the container.
Warranty and spare parts
Warranty terms are stated in the quotation and order confirmation. Consumable and wear parts are available as spares with the shipment.
